BOCI International (China) Limited (BOCI) was founded primarily by BOC International Holdings, along with five other large enterprises in 2002, with a registered capital of Rmb1.5bn. The foundation was approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). BOCI was introduced to Security Pioneer Innovation Program on May 12th, 2006.
