Corporate Structure
Based on modern corporate management principles, BOCI China has established
a corporate structure with an executive committee (EC) directly managing
the day-to-day operation of the company under the direction of the
Board and three specific committees.
The Board of Directors is the highest decision-making body in the
company; directly under the Board of Directors are the risk management,
audit and compensation committees. The EC comprises top executives
in the company, which manages the day-to-day operation of the company
via the operations committee. Combining the standards of international
investment banks and the experience of BOCI, BOCI China¡¯s group
structure is divided front, central and back office lines, improving
the professionalism of the divisions and operating efficiency. |
